- We offer delivery across the UAE.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10 am.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
5. Delivery Policy
- If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
- Leave the order at a safe location, or
- Contact the recipient to reschedule delivery
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Refunds will be processed only if cancellation is made within the allowed time.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no refunds will be issued once the order is delivered.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 hours with proof (photo).
7. Returns
Due to hygiene and perishable nature, we do not accept returns. However, we will review complaints on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

- You agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activity.
