1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services across all major cities in the UAE, including but not limited to:

  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Fujairah

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE Time)
  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for all orders placed after cut-off time
  • Scheduled Delivery: Customers can select a preferred delivery date at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location:

📍 Ras Al Khaimah (Local Delivery)

  • Standard Delivery: AED 20
  • Same-Day Delivery: AED 30

🚚 Nearby Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain)

  • Standard Delivery: AED 30 – AED 40
  • Same-Day Delivery: AED 40 – AED 50

🌆 Major Cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi)

  • Standard Delivery: AED 40 – AED 60
  • Same-Day Delivery: AED 60 – AED 80

🌄 Remote Areas (Fujairah & Outer Regions)

  • Standard Delivery: AED 50 – AED 70
  • Same-Day Delivery: Subject to availability

Final delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on exact location.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 hours after confirmation
  • Orders placed during peak times (Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day) may require additional processing time

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details including address and contact number
  • If the recipient is unavailable:
    • Our delivery team will contact the recipient
    • The order may be left in a safe place (if permitted)
    • Re-delivery may incur additional charges

6. Special Delivery Requests

  • Time-specific delivery (e.g., morning, evening) can be requested but is not guaranteed
  • Surprise deliveries are supported; however, correct recipient contact details are required

7. Perishable Nature of Products

  • Flowers are perishable items and should be handled with care
  • Once delivered, the responsibility of product care lies with the recipient

8. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
